Job summary

REPAY is seeking a reliable Insert Operator at our Piscataway, NJ facility to manage automated finishing and insertion equipment for daily mailing needs. You will operate folding and insertion machines, balance multiple jobs, and ensure quality and security of sensitive documents.

The role requires staying on a 5:00am–1:00pm shift, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 45 lbs. Prior machine operation experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of experience operating a machine.
• Technical knowledge of machinery.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Pitney Bowes folding and insertion equipment.
• Follow QoS procedures and document checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with machine maintenance.
• Assist with overtime as needed and meet production targets.
• Set up machines based on job specs and ensure proper alignment.
