Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division seeks a Machinist (3rd Shift) – Tool & Die for Reno, NV. The role offers an hourly rate of $34.20 with a $1 shift differential, core hours 10 PM–6:30 AM. Responsibilities include tooling assessment, die maintenance, and dimensional checks using precision instruments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years machining experience in an industrial or similar environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Determine and assess damage to tooling and repair steps.
• Determine if die is dull or cracked and needs sharpening or repair.
• Identify whether product quality issue is tooling or setup related.
• Perform die changeovers for different products.
• Read blueprints and measure dimensions with calipers, micrometers, and tape measure.
