Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience or applicable degree from a trade school.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the set up and operation of machines with supervision, conducting process checks per documentation.
• Document nonconforming material and participate in root-cause and corrective actions.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Enter part data and log time using computer programs.
• Follow setup sheets and method documents to operate machines and inspect parts.
• Use gauging equipment to ensure conformance to specs during production.
• Perform first piece inspection checks where applicable.
• Interpret blueprints and follow production tasks.
• Complete paperwork while retaining records.
