Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an experienced Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machines, producing varied finished parts to tight tolerances at our Charlotte facility. You will work from complex drawings, adjust tooling, and perform first/last piece inspections in a fully onsite environment.

You will read drawings, control speeds/feeds, and maintain quality while contributing to 6S, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AAS in Machining/Manufacturing Technology desired.
• 2+ years of CNC/machining experience preferred, including setups and speeds/feeds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust manual and CNC machines to meet tolerances.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and instructions.
• Perform first and last piece inspections and document results.
• Maintain 6S standards and conduct routine preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process changes.
