ARCH Global Precision in Escondido, CA is seeking a reliable Machine Operator I for the night shift to support production in a precision manufacturing environment. You will operate machines, inspect parts, and maintain workflow while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read and follow basic production documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to produce parts per blueprints and job travelers.
• Load materials into machines, including maintaining bar feeders.
• Monitor machine operation and identify issues such as malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Record production data, inspection results, and shift activity in ERP or shop floor systems.
• Write clear and accurate shift notes.
