Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; basic math skills needed.
• Ability to read basic production documentation and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to produce parts per blueprints and job travelers.
• Load materials into machines and maintain bar feeders.
• Monitor machine operation and identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using gauges to ensure specification conformance.
• Record production data and write shift notes.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and perform basic maintenance.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and follow procedures.
