Job summary

Ocean Spray in Middleboro, MA is hiring Machine Operators for a 12-hour rotating shift (6pm–6am) at our indoor processing plant. Starting pay is $29.38/hour plus a shift differential; facility houses three production lines and can produce up to 80 million pounds annually.

You will operating equipment, perform batch mixing, calibration, data collection, and quality/sanitation testing while maintaining records. Join a farmer-owned cooperative focused on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to lift up to 48 lbs on occasion.
• Stamina to stand and perform a 12-hour shift on a production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing and packaging equipment for production and transfer of products.
• Perform batch mixing, calibration, data collection and input.
• Conduct quality, sensory and sanitation tests as part of production.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, usage and returns.
