Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring Packaging Technicians at our Lehigh Valley facility in Breinigsville, PA. The role supports a high-speed beverage plant with 4 production lines and ~190 team members.

Position features a 12-hour night shift (6 pm–6 am) with rotating weekends and a starting pay of $25.57/hour plus $1.25 night shift differential. Full-time, year-round employment with comprehensive benefits starting day one, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must maintain excellent attendance reliability.
• Able to work in a 24/7 environment, including 12-hour nights, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays.
• Willing to work overtime for vacation coverage and training.
• Communicate with all operators on the same shift and between shifts to ensure continuous productivity and effective operations.
• Bottling/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate all equipment in the bottling area.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Assist in line changeovers.
• Perform level one PMs while maintaining safety and quality awareness.
