Ocean Spray is hiring for night-shift Machine Operators at the Tomah Production Plant. This full-time, year-round 12-hour schedule (4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m.) offers a robust benefits package starting Day-1 and competitive hourly wages with a night shift differential.

You’ll be part of a team producing Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins) in a fast-paced indoor setting with opportunities to advance to day shift openings as they arise.

Qualifications

• Ability to be or become Forklift Certified.
• Ability to lift up to 48 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to stand for an eight- or 12-hour shift on a plant production line.
• Ability to wear required PPE and protective equipment.
• Team player with good communication.
• Advanced computer skills; navigate control screens.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs; maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
• Ability to perform changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage machinery and equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory and input data into plant systems.
• Input batch numbers and perform confirmations and testing.
• Ensure food safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Load/unload materials and perform start-up/shut-down per plant rules.
• Keep area clean and orderly and monitor parameters hourly.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Support other teams and production needs.
