Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. in Tomah, WI, is hiring Machine Operators for the night shift to operate, maintain and troubleshoot processing and packaging equipment. You’ll work a 12‑hour, 2‑2/3 schedule (4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m.) with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off every other week.

Starting pay is $23.83/hour plus a $1.25/hour night shift differential. This full‑time, year‑round role includes in‑house systems like Maximo and SAP, safety training, and opportunities for growth within a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or obtainable.
• Ability to lift up to 48 lbs on occasion.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hour shifts in a plant environment.
• Able to wear fall protection equipment.
• Team member with ability to contribute to goals.
• Advanced computer skills and navigate controls screens.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
• Stay updated with SOPs and sanitation SOPs.
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out/Try-Out procedures adherence.
• Wear PPE and maintain hygiene.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Able to perform changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a constant flow of juice in appropriate directions.
• Safely operate and manage machinery, complete required paperwork and testing.
• Manage inventory and enter data for yield calculations.
• Load/unload tankers; ensure proper chemicals and related testing/paperwork.
• Startup/shutdown per CIP/COP with LOTO procedures.
• Keep area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Monitor operational parameters and record results hourly.
• Perform general maintenance on machinery.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Comply with safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support other teams as needed.
