Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach during a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify product defects and remove non-conforming material.
• Make minor machine adjustments and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
• Accurately record production and quality information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
