Job summary

ResourceMFG in Conroe, TX is hiring a Machine Operator to support fast-paced production. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform quality inspections, and help troubleshoot equipment while maintaining safety and productivity.

Training will cover safety procedures and equipment use; the role requires stamina for a 12-hour shift, with potential overtime based on need. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach during a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
