Job summary

Custom Pipe and Coupling Inc. in Conroe, TX is seeking a Machine Operator I for 1st shift. The role requires operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring on-time production of quality parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate has basic machine-operating experience, English/Spanish bilingual abilities, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to follow written or oral instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Preferred experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Start and stop machines safely without supervision.
• Load unfinished parts and unload finished parts from machines.
• Check part quality with designated measurement instruments.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Operate tools to aid the manufacturing process and log actions.
• Ensure safe and efficient performance and maintain a clean work area.
