Job summary

O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Machine Operator I in Greensboro, NC. This role requires setting up and operating various metalworking machines, following safety policies, and maintaining high-quality results.

The position is full-time, on-site with third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM and a $1.50 shift differential. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and operate forklifts and cranes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to operate forklifts and cranes; maintain certifications as required.
• Fluent in conversational English; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Set up and operate multiple processing machines and equipment.
• Monitor quality and ensure error-free work for internal and external customers.
• Keep work area clean and organized; perform other duties as assigned.
