Job summary
O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for its Greensboro, NC facility. This on-site role offers a 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a $2.50 shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC, FANUC, and PLC systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD and MasterCAM is preferred.
- Welding certification and ability to operate welding equipment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using test equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot VFDs and PLCs; maintain documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety policies.
- Provide safe, efficient maintenance to ensure quality output.
