Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking a Production / Machine Operator for the night shift at a large-scale manufacturing facility in Ohio. This hands-on role requires operating production equipment, reading work orders, and maintaining safety and quality on a 12-hour night schedule with rotating days off.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have forklift experience, and read/understand instructions in English. Benefits include health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), and time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and understands instructions in English.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour night shifts.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, works well independently or as part of a team.
• Steel-toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine production requirements.
• Stage work areas and prepare boxes or containers.
• Load and unload materials into production equipment.
• Operate machine control panels and monitor production flow.
• Seal boxes/containers to prevent contamination.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean.
