Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Logan, UT is seeking a Night Shift Production Operator to run dairy processing lines, manage ingredients and equipment, and ensure product quality through strict adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand SOPs.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Weekend and overtime work required on a rotating basis.
• Must pass Food Safety exam in first week.

Responsibilities

• Operate, manage and solve problems in a team environment in a dairy processing facility.
• Handle ingredients and bulk materials, machine operation and product manufacturing.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure food safety practices are followed.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines.
