Qualifications

• Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Must communicate in English (read, write, speak).
• Weekend/overtime work is required on a rotating basis.
• Complete and pass the Food Safety Exam during the first week of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate dairy processing machinery on a 12-hour night shift (6PM–6AM).
• Follow food safety and personal safety practices at all times.
• Monitor equipment, adjust settings, and report issues promptly.
• Perform quality checks on products and assist with routine maintenance as needed.
