Qualifications

• Experience in blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion.
• Knowledge of HDPE and/or PET manufacturing processes.
• Forklift and warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment efficiently
• Set up, adjust, repair, and maintain machinery and processes
• Perform quality checks and complete production documentation
• Assist with mold changes, machine startups/shutdowns, and material handling
• Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety standards
• Maintain production efficiency, reduce scrap, and support inventory control
