Job summary

JobSquad is seeking a Machine Operator in Lititz, PA. The role focuses on operating injection, blow molding, or extrusion equipment to produce plastic products safely and efficiently.

You will inspect outputs, document quality checks, and assist with mold changes while maintaining strict housekeeping and GMP practices. Candidates should have experience with HDPE/PET materials, forklift skills, and basic computer tools (MS Office, Excel, SAP).

Qualifications

• Experience operating blow molding, injection or extrusion equipment.
• Forklift driving ability or certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and SAP to track production data.
• Ability to work in hot environments (>90°F).
• Capable of handling up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate site-specific molding/extrusion equipment to produce plastic products according to spec.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to leadership.
• Visually inspect bottles for defects and document quality issues.
• Assist with mold changes and setup to meet quality targets.
• Record production data and logs accurately.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on equipment.
