Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator II for a night shift in West Hazleton, PA, operating multiple blow molding machines from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am. You will ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production while following GMP policies and company procedures.

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training and development are encouraged within a collaborative environment.

Aufgaben

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment for container production.
• Perform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in mold, insert and color changes on the line and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safe, high-quality production by following GMP and company policies.
• Provide on-the-job training to new Operators and support line leadership as needed.
