Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator in York, PA for a night shift (7pm-7am) on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour, plus a $3.00 night-differential and benefits from day one.

The operator will run plastic blow molding machines, handle basic adjustments or repairs, and ensure safe, high-quality production. Applicants should have 2+ years in manufacturing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Must interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
• Strong attendance and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform minor repairs and mold/color changes as needed.
• Support continuous quality improvement projects and documentation.
• Assist in training new operators and maintain clean, safe work area.
