Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Machine Operator II for its West Hazleton, PA facility. This 12-hour night shift position (6:30pm–7:00am) operates plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce container parts with safety, efficiency and high quality.

The role requires basic machine adjustments, routine maintenance, and active participation in quality checks and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong attendance, good communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
• Proficient in computers and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor repairs as needed.
• Support quality checks and document results accurately.
• Assist with mold changes and line changes as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and training of new operators.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to GMP policies.
