Job summary

Shadow Plastics is hiring an Extrusion Operator for the 12 Hour PM shift at our Rice Lake, WI facility. You will operate bag machines, perform splices, and assist with box assembly to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Capability to read and use a tape measure.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, including utility knives.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bag extrusion machines to produce bags.
• Make safe, efficient splices on all lines.
• Assemble boxes as needed; operate the core-cutter.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage scrap to prevent contamination.
• Support shift changeovers, wrapping and pallet banding as required.
