Job summary

Shadow Plastics is seeking a reliable Operator to run bag machines, perform safe splices, assemble boxes, and support extrusion lines at our Rice Lake, Wisconsin facility. You will follow work orders, maintain housekeeping, and communicate health or safety matters to leadership.

The shift runs Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO and holidays, and a Drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Capability to read and use a tape measure.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, including utility knives.

Responsibilities

• Operate bag machines and manage roll and bag packaging tasks.
• Make safe, efficient splices on all lines and assemble boxes as needed.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and support shift changeovers with the team.
