Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing setting or similar field; forklift experience preferred.
Basic math skills and ability to work with units of measurement.
Strong attention to detail with ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical ability to lift and stand for long periods; safety oriented.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends if needed.
Experience using measuring instruments such as tape measures and micrometers.

Responsibilities

Set up, run, and tweak extrusion machines per job specs to ensure smooth operation.
Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, perform light maintenance and cleaning.
Carry out quality checks on finished goods and maintain production logs.
Tape, package, stack, and label products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe workstation and comply with health regulations.
Participate in physical inventory counts and perform related duties as assigned.
