Machine Operators Needed!

Manchester, Iowa

Night Shift, M-Th, 3:30pm-1:30am

$20+/hour, Based on Experience + 15% Shift Premium

Retention Incentive Bonus Available

Summary/Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for the setup and operation of fabrication machines including, but not limited to, Brake Press, Lasers, Drills, Saws, etc., to fabricate parts according to blueprints. Responsibilities also include performing maintenance, quality checks, teamwork, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic shop math, ability to read a tape measure and utilize a protractor
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Calculate tonnage for punching and shearing
• Identify various types and gauges of steel
• Operate overhead hoist
• Prior fabrication experience required
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Pre-employment drug screening required
