Job summary

Cretex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Tech II in Minnesota to handle advanced repair and preventative maintenance of our machining equipment. The role supports ISO and medical device standards and involves working on a 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday through Thursday.

You will plan repairs, install and align equipment, and train junior technicians while recording hours and collaborating with multiple business units to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of advanced level machine maintenance experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a team.
• Stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Familiar with manufacturing environments and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform advanced machinery repair.
• Install and align new machining equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Record and report hours worked.
• Support ISO and medical device requirements.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, quality, and finance.
