Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electrical or mechanical trade.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing.
• Able to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Familiar with PLCs and automation systems.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in machinery and implement corrective actions.
• Perform repairs and replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with production team to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability of equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate performance reports.
