Job summary

Stratasys Ltd. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician in Eden Prairie, MN. The role focuses on ensuring optimal functioning, repair, and preventive maintenance of production machinery to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, read schematics and blueprints, and work with a variety of tools. The position requires 1–4 years of related experience and a collaborative, safety‑mensitive approach.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of related experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Perform repairs and replace defective parts using hand/power tools.
• Collaborate with production to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate performance reports.
• Lead training for junior maintenance technicians and assist engineering with equipment upgrades.
