Job summary

Stratasys is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for our Minnetonka, MN facility. You will perform maintenance on production equipment, handle electrical and mechanical repairs, and support scheduled maintenance on systems and sub-systems used in 3D printing production. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, knowledge of hand and power tools, and compliance with ITAR/EAR.

Local travel is 10%. The shift is Mon-Fri, 12:00pm to 8:30pm, with the ability to uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

Export Control Compliant (ITAR)
1–2 years of repairs and mechanical maintenance experience
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and motion control principles
Experience with various hand and power tools
Two year technical degree in a related field
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair assigned equipment on the production floor
Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep through scheduled checks
Serve as main point of contact for equipment operations, installation, maintenance and training
Oversee equipment reliability and uptime for prototypes and production parts on 3D printers
Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and rebuild manufacturing equipment as required
