Job summary

Manpower client in Tucker, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Department, supporting production operations. The role requires 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with technical certification a plus.

Shifts are Tuesday–Saturday, 10 PM–6 AM. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues, and use CMMS to track activities, parts, and orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical failures; replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors.
• Read equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to identify issues and solutions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, and multimeters to repair equipment.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
