Job summary

A Lumber Mixer position is available at a local Minnesota manufacturing facility. The role involves batching raw materials to meet production requirements, with no prior experience required and a night shift from 11:45pm to 8:15am, Monday through Friday.

Salary starts at $17+ per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay, direct deposit/paycards, and medical coverage. Aventure Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend, lift, carry, pull and push.
• Must obtain valid lift truck operator's license.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work.

Responsibilities

• Set up raw materials for blend sheet specs.
• Cut scrap product for rework.
• Troubleshoot minor mixer problems.
• Ensure production meets quality standards.
• Assist with secondary operations as needed.
• Follow safety rules and practices.
• Record timekeeping and production data.
• Batch mix materials per specs.
• Ensure materials match specs and detect out-of-specs.
