Job summary

Woodstock Health Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (6pm-6am) and PRN coverage. You will provide direct nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, support care plan implementation, and ensure safe, high-quality resident care in line with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include assessments, admissions, discharges, wound care, and supervising CNAs/CMTs.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.

Responsibilities
