Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state you work.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and be able to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate care provided.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of care in a SNF setting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
