Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate LPN for a skilled nursing facility in Norfolk, VA. You will assess residents, create individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license for the state you work in.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in delivering nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
