Job summary

Apploi in Norfolk, VA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
