Job summary

Monroe Village, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Monroe, NJ, is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee the overnight nursing team. The role delivers direct resident care while supervising CNAs/CHHAs and ensuring regulatory compliance with Federal and State guidelines.

The successful candidate will hold a current NJ LPN license, have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate commitment to quality care on the overnight shift (11PM–7AM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current and valid NJ LPN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overnight shift and oversee nursing staff.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and report changes to Clinical Services.
• Conduct nursing rounds and respond to emergency calls.
• Supervise CNAs/CHHAs and ensure safety, privacy, and dignity.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain records.
