Job summary

Morris View Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join as Nursing Supervisor for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) in Morristown, NJ. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and act as the on-site clinical leader.

Responsibilities include managing emergent situations, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating handoffs with day-shift leadership, and supporting staff to maintain a safe, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care throughout the shift.
• Serve as the clinical leader on-site, managing emergent situations and supporting staff.
