Job summary

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bayville, NJ is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for NIGHT SHIFT to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Night shift LPNs are essential for safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with overnight needs and daily living activities.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health, vital signs, and treatments during night hours.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to overnight resident needs and changes in condition.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
