Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid LPN license.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and supports residents across shifts.
• Initiates and leads individualized care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents’ conditions and nursing needs.
• Administers medications and starts IVs as needed.
