Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants for the night shift to provide compassionate overnight care, maintain safety, and support residents. As a Night Shift CNA, you will assist with hygiene, mobility, monitoring call lights, and documenting observations, while collaborating with nurses.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey CNA Certification.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of overnight care responsibilities and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with nightly routines including hygiene, toileting, and bedtime preparation.
Provide mobility support including repositioning and transfers throughout the night.
Monitor residents and respond to call lights and urgent needs.
Ensure resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.
Observe and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Accurately document care and overnight observations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet environment.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care.
