Responsabilités

• Assist residents with nightly routines including hygiene, toileting, and bedtime preparation.
• Provide mobility support including repositioning and transfers throughout the night.

• Ensure resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.
• Observe and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Accurately document care and overnight observations.

Position Overview
