Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking licensed practical nurses for the night shift (7 PM to 7 AM) in Paris, Tennessee. You will supervise CNAs, assist with admissions and transfers, administer medications, and participate in care planning while ensuring resident safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
