Laughlin Healthcare Center in Greeneville, TN is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our care team on the night shift. You will direct the daily activities of CNAs, administer medications, and participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifikationen

• Current TN LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents’ conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
