Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. In this role you will help residents with daily living activities, coordinate with nursing staff, and document care under supervision.

Qualifications

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
