Job summary
Greenhills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/RN Supervisor to oversee nursing and staff activities on the night shift (7P–7A) and ensure resident-centered care aligned with facility policies. The role emphasizes clinical leadership and collaboration with the care team.
Required are a nursing degree, active TN license, and prior leadership experience in a nursing home setting. You will supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA staff and help manage care plans and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN or equivalent nursing experience.
- Current license to practice as an LPN/RN in TN.
- Previous leadership experience in a nursing home.
Responsibilities
- Assure that high-quality nursing care is delivered through the nursing process.
- Lead and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
- Develop and update resident care plans to meet needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals on changes to care plans.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Communicate current treatment and assessment information promptly.
