Job summary

Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our long-term care team for 12-hour night shifts. The position offers full-time hours and provides comprehensive benefits.

The LPN will administer medications, assist physicians, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. New grads are welcome to apply as the facility supports ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
