Job summary

Colonial Manor in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our Night Shift team.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents. The role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma LPN or RN licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and move patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or physicians.
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and bedside care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
