Trinity Woods in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift (7p–7a) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On-site role focusing on resident-centered care within a long-term care setting.

The selected candidate will provide nursing care, supervise household staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help with dining services and daily living activities while maintaining a warm, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Meets all state requirements for licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing in long-term care.
• Cross-training for household activities, including food service and housekeeping, is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing care and resident needs are met per clinical and household priorities.
• Provide leadership to household staff to maintain clinical policies and resident-focused care.
• Maintain documentation, medication administration, and safety in accordance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical personnel to support quality clinical care.
• Coordinate dining services, meal preparation, and mealtime assistance for residents.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed to meet resident needs.
