Qualifications

• LPN license or license-eligible in good standing

• Ability to lead and supervise household staff and coordinate care
• Cross training in household activities including food service and handling

Responsibilities

• Meet resident and household needs by assisting with tasks per cross training and certification
• Ensure clinical operations comply with regulations while honoring resident-directed care
• Provide leadership to household staff to maintain policies and procedures
• Implement clinical policies ensuring safe, sanitary and efficient nursing practices
• Maintain documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to support quality clinical care and resident well-being
